In my time there (>7mo), 8 people left. There are about 10 people in the office. The environment in the office is very detrimental to a team attitude as every mistake is blasted to the rest of the company (Very small staff number so everyone knows whose mistake it is). Very little encouragement and every day there is another mistake to be worried about. Some weeks you'll be feeling like you're doing great, and the next day you're at the bottom of the chain again. Management is both CEO and CFO with remote team lead. Very micromanaging while seeming like they are always hanging out with each other in one another's offices and every mistake made up top, trickles down to be the fault of the lowest team. Not worth the time.
