      Pros

      As a single mom, I got the support I never received from any other employer with time off, benefits, and understanding. I learned a lot about cultures and work ethics from the executives.

      Cons

      Some of the independent contractors can be a little bit rude when calling the office for help.

      There is no benefit to working with this employer

      Cons

      Management does not train employees, they have no onboarding. They talk down to you and make you feel terrible. They are uncompromising. They will let you go after the smallest offense with no prior warning. It is an immediately toxic office and they have a higher churn rate than a retail store.
