Typical long hours, late nights, high pressure sales. Upper management frequently will lose sight of the reality of the market. Compare you to everyone else and pick out shortcomings even when you perform. Offer incentives and when you hit them you are told "you are not getting that, you get paid what you're worth." The constant moving of the goal post and even overachieving is never good enough.
It could be such a great place to work if they truly invested in their people, that is the only thing missing, instead it is just another dealership revolving door of employees.
