It started out great. The families and children are a pleasure to work with. Mission, vision, and value statements sound great.
Cons
No room for growth or professional development. Biases in leadership interfere with decision making. Treatment of employees is poor. Input from lower level staff dismissed often, if even given the chance to be included in conversations.
