      Work from home. Company cars

      Cons

      Very clique-ish. Most employees are related to each other, not welcoming to "outsiders". Expect employees to work 24/7, answer phones at all hours of the night,without compensation. Benefits are non existent.

      Great culture and a unique work environment. I have been gone for years and still miss it.

      Pros

      It started out great. The families and children are a pleasure to work with. Mission, vision, and value statements sound great.

      Cons

      No room for growth or professional development. Biases in leadership interfere with decision making. Treatment of employees is poor. Input from lower level staff dismissed often, if even given the chance to be included in conversations.
