Shunning is a popular communication technique used. How you are treated depends on who you are, what your role is, and who you have backing you. Bullying at all organizational levels is rampant throughout most of the offices, and HR either turns a blind eye or completely mishandles things most of the time. Integrity and sincerity is taken for granted.
