Miller Valentine is a growing construction and investment company that cares about their people. They have excellent benefits, including 100% company paid medical, dental and vision insurance, with a nice 401K contribution.

Lots of pressure to “be more productive” aka do more. Lately there has been a lot turnover in management positions with managers either leaving on their own or being fired. The open positions of managers get left unfilled indefinitely leaving associates confused in regard to who their boss is now. It’s become an uncertain time and it’s hard to know who’s getting fired next…
