My direct team is wonderful. Everyone works together and we continuously thrive. Uncapped PTO for salaried employees. Along with some additional benefits and perks that are great.
Cons
Upper management consists of everyone’s friends. No one seems to actually know what to do to improve business. Every one of them wants things their way. The company is so incredibly top heavy with executives, VPs, and directors that we were bound to topple over and here we are. Those that have been around for a long time struggle to get an improvement in their salary while the executives continue to make millions.
