Pros

Ability to work on a variety of live entertainment projects with some great content partners.

Cons

There is a lot of chaos within this company. Management do not know how to lead a team efficiently, and make terrible decisions which have negative implications to so many people. There is very little trust within the company, no matter your position, it is rare you are allowed to take something, run with it and flourish. There are a LOT of unkept promises to employees which suppresses a positive team morale. There is a lot of discussion about how to make the company better, and how to grow stronger but never any action. None of the projects get the funding they deserve, which means the team cannot make the shows the best they can be. There is a real lack of diversity and collaboration in the team, a creative environment is rarely fostered. For a company that focus so heavily on success, underachievers are recognised, congratulated and promoted over high flyers and those succeeding & making profit for the company.

Pros

Opportunity to develop creative problem solving skills in an under equipped atmosphere. You can learn what your limit is here.

Cons

Lots of talk about a supportive and transparent culture, no true sign of it though in reality. Odd amount of energy focused on pointing fingers, but never at the people in managerial or producer roles who directly cause the company financial and personnel hardships through poor planning, or lack of skills and understanding of the industry. The company has been a sinking ship for a few years now. Several people in high power positions are friends of the CEO, and the nepotism shows and seems to hurt the company more than it helps, as these friends don't appear to have much experience in the industry outside of Mills. Because of this, the company lacks a perspective that could potentially help it out of its slump. Salaries are more in line with entry level positions in this industry, yet the company expects to get well-versed professionals, who are available to travel and work outside of business hours, for what they offer.
