      60-70 working hours per week No work-life balance Enormous amounts of stress Moody owner who can sack you anytime he has a nervous breakdown. They will call you to work on your day off.

      Unprofessional from every level - floor management to administration, even high level executives come to the restaurant to oversee the floor while they are wearing jeans and sneakers and they are speaking Greek half the time.
