If you do not wish to be treated as if you have no brain this is not the place for you. Immediate supervisor is an extreme micromanager. And if you dare to ask a question you are treated as if you’re an idiot. There is no respect for the fact that you’re a person and not a machine. Every aspect of your job is controlled down to which exact timing of how long things take, even though they have never actions your job, or sat with you . They assume that everything they say is correct even when it isn’t. It’s a miserable place to work. The vacation time and sick time they give you is ridiculously cheap. Management is clueless or they may not be but don’t want to deal with it so they turn a blind eye to what’s happening. And if you go higher up it doesn’t help.

Pros

None. Don’t work at this place. No one is friendly in this office. You’re looked at like the bottom of the rug. And don’t work for the warranty department cause the mangers and supervisors can’t process a claim. They train you the wrong way and you have to take the fall for it.

Cons

Do not work for the claims department. Training is absolutely terrible. You get a 2 hour training via Microsoft Teams screen recording meeting. And there is so many cans and cants to process claims. I repeat do NOT work for this awful company.
