Cons
The working environment heavily depends on favoritism. If you’re not part of the lady boss’s “favorite circle,” growth and recognition become very difficult. Decisions often feel biased rather than performance-based. Management style is extremely micromanaged. Almost every small decision requires the boss’s approval, and directions can change suddenly depending on her mood, making it hard to work efficiently or plan properly. The company also lacks proper operational structure. There is no qualified IT personnel — IT matters are handled by an older staff member with none actual IT knowledge, which causes unnecessary delays and confusion. Communication processes are outdated and disorganized. Everything relies on WhatsApp chats, with no proper project management or scheduling tools. Even meetings are not properly scheduled through calendars, and staff have to manually remind each other one by one. HR processes are also very weak. HR responsibilities are mainly handled by a PA without proper HR training or professional knowledge, leading to inconsistent processes and lack of professionalism in employee management.
