      Poor Culture and Aggressive Lead

      Work from home basic Computer provided

      -Everyone is so aggressive here. work and life very imbalance. everday overtime until the next morning (3-4am) -Emotional (lady boss) and rude (boss) management and lead -Double check your agreement contract. 3months serving notice period even still under probation. (turnover rate too high) -Everyone is rushing for the different direction -You don't have a chance to say no or buy time. you can only do what they given even in an unacceptable timeline. (you overtime and your boss sleeping)

      - WFH basis, can arrange your time - met few helpful colleagues, others are very 'atas' and don't like to talk to you

      Cons

      - different boss giving you different direction, you don't even know which to follow - emotional management, frequent argument between management - discussion always become debating/fighting session - you will have no say on anything, everything - pushing you out to face client when they wanna hide

      There is no good thing about this company

      Extremely favoritism boss and management, never expect yourself can go back at 7pm, be prepare to stayback as "volunteer" everyday. They will make you feel doubt yourself and you will feel yourself no value at all. Super yes-man culture. If you really decide to join, all the best.
