I started at Mindshare over two years ago and I have learned more about technology and PR while in this role more than anywhere else. Leadership has decades of experience in the industry and love to pass down their knowledge. They will go above and beyond to provide you with any resources you desire and the training you need, whether it be internally or externally.
Public relations is about building relationships and this is an amazing agency to learn and improve those skills. Leadership has incredible connections with reporters and influencers in the industry and will gladly make those introductions for you. From my experience with the company, I felt I have been able to develop a skill set and an understanding of all the aspects and inner workings of the public relations industry.
In addition to building skills to excel in my career, I have also experienced great culture. I always feel comfortable talking to my team members about what I want to improve and receiving advice and tools to do so. I never feel micromanaged it is apparent that my superiors care and want only the best outcomes for their employees and clients.
I have always felt the utmost support from my superiors and Mindshare and the know they truly want me to succeed, as they do with anyone at the company. Working for Mindshare has been extremely motivating and the hands-on experience employees receive at the company will set anyone up for a successful future.
