Pros

well there is no pros beside it is remote job.

Cons

Employees are very egotistical. Everyone starts a conversation by saying “I graduated from this university, I did my master’s here,” before even introducing themselves. It’s ridiculous. Sure, the schools they went to are fine, but actual experience isn’t valued. If you graduated from Boğaziçi or METU, maybe give it a shot (only if you’re unemployed and really need the money). Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it. The salary they offer is very low, and apart from the salespeople, I don’t think anyone in the company even knows what their job is. HR doesn’t care about you. They don’t even bother to treat you like a human and get back to you. It’s strange. You spend two weeks putting effort into the process, but no one even respects you enough to respond.

Pros

- Remote work flexibility. - Exposure to the SaaS industry and a fast-paced environment that provided a steep learning curve.

Cons

- There is no real feedback culture; communication tends to be one-sided rather than constructive. - Performance reviews often seem influenced by personal perception rather than objective criteria. - Leadership structure feels unclear, and decisions can appear to be shaped by personal opinions or informal narratives rather than transparent processes. - It can be difficult to feel genuinely valued or supported as part of a team. - 1:1 meetings are not always effective. - Workload distribution does not always seem to be measured or evaluated fairly. - There are instances where responsibility is placed on individuals instead of addressing underlying process gaps - New ideas are not always acknowledged or evaluated, which can be discouraging.

Pros

Working at Mindsite has been a fantastic experience from day one. One of the biggest perks is the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere, which makes maintaining a healthy work-life balance so much easier. Whether you're working from home, a coffee shop, or even abroad, the company fully supports remote work, making it possible to live and work anywhere. The management team at Mindsite is incredible—supportive, transparent, and always looking for ways to help employees grow and succeed. They genuinely care about the well-being of their team and foster a culture of trust and respect. The leadership team also has a strong, visionary approach, and it’s clear that they are committed to shaping a positive future for the company and its employees. I also appreciate how Mindsite's founders set a clear and inspiring vision for the company, which aligns with the values and goals of every team member. This gives us a sense of purpose and direction, knowing that we're all working toward something impactful. Overall, Mindsite makes a concerted effort to ensure that employees feel valued and supported, and the work culture here is nothing short of excellent.

Cons

None to speak of. It’s been a great experience so far.
