Pros

Personally, my experience at Minerva Research Labs has been really good. As every company nothing is perfect and there are busy times and overwhelmed staff. However, I have always had the support of my manager and colleagues and I have learned a great deal over a year and a half. In spite of other reviews, I have grown within the company fairly quickly and I feel my work is very appreciated. Working environment (obviously it can vary in each department so I speak mostly about mine) has always been impecable. We truly care about each other and we have become some sort of small family.

Cons

Since this is a small/medium company that is growing so fast there’s not a great project process in place. We turn to improvisation to dodge obstacles but to be 100% honest this seems to be changing in the past months and I hope for more processes to be put in place. On the bright side, tackling problems is a great way to get to know the company better and to push your strengths. At times work-life balance can be a struggle, however Flexible working hours have been implemented almost a year ago which means we can work additional time Monday to Friday to be able to leave work at 13:00 on Friday. This feels great!

Pros

Love the company and the culture. CEO is a visionary. Bright. Challenges you to do your best always. Great products.

Cons

The company is based in the UK so time differences make it sometimes hard to make decisions.

Pros

nice co workers, decent product

Cons

When I interviewed for the company I was completely mislead as I was told that there was an incredible opportunity for advancement and sadly that never happened. They gave me a good title but was paid and treated as a freelancer. I feel as though the title was the bait to get me to accept the position. Co workers were nice, product was good but a hard sell as it's expensive. CEO was at best difficult and everything was oddly secretive. All phone calls from the company came from a private phone number. STRANGE. I was never informed on the operation details of the product line. All the good people left.
