Very low salaries, way less than what should be payed in London on the same position. On the beginning company promises great opportunities and increase in the salary after a year, however, it is not true. It is impossible to get promised salary increase. Company will exploit all your skills, put you down and won't give anything in return. Poor management, favouritism and lack of perspectives for promotion or development.
