Pros
MPC knows how to bring in sales and keep the shop working, even in tough times. They have very little debt and are family owned. They have good market penetration in domestic auto - especially with Ford. They have a long track record of sales growth and a lot of good quality people at every level.
Cons
The family has stepped back from day to day operations so the culture has changed from a family atmosphere to a more corporate, hit the numbers culture. There is much more of a disconnect between management and employees, and between new and old leadership. Not much opportunity for advancement due to new management bringing in past reports to fill positions.
