Upper Management doesn’t know what he is doing. He thinks he knows everything but he doesn’t even have retail experience in the US. He tries to brainwash people but his logic doesn’t make any sense. He wants to run the business like #china but it’s not China here. There’s rules and regulations that we have to follow. He doesn’t appreciate his employees. He thinks that people are loyal to him and the company- that’s just a funny joke he probably lies to himself.
