Pros

It’s a nice environment to work, I love my colleagues. They are like a family to me. We work together as one till end of shift.

Cons

Firstly, I must emphasize that I joined MinMed Group with high hopes and a strong commitment to contribute to the company's success. Management's decision to let me go after my probation period was extremely disappointing. During my probationary period, I worked diligently, demonstrated a good rapport with my colleagues, and received no indication of any work-related issues. However, just two days after the probation ended, they informed me that they needed to create a pool of full-timers and were letting me go because I was new. I was taken aback when I was informed of my termination due to alleged "manpower issues." This decision was made even though the team needed more manpower. What concerns me the most is the lack of transparency and communication prior to making this decision. I was not given the opportunity to discuss my performance or receive feedback, which is a fundamental aspect of a fair and professional work environment. To make matters worse, my manager was on vacation and unaware of the situation, which left me feeling dismissed without a proper explanation. I question the professionalism of this approach.

Pros

No pros at all to be honest

Cons

Poor management, when they don’t need you they will kick you away. Out to suck employees dry. No benefits or whatsoever. Low manpower and out to cheat the government giving false numbers and telling us to say that we have adequate amount of stuff where in truth 1 person has to do 3 persons job. Higher ups only care about themselves always cutting manpower saying that because of low load but when theres a sudden surge complain that us staff not efficient. The higher ups have no idea whats happening on the ground and no experience in running the show. Only prepare enough for what they can see, never prepared for the worst. All I can say worst management out of all the company I have worked
