Pros

The people are he best part about this place . Young, entrepreneur minded, and energetic. The building is a great facility in the heart of downtown.

Cons

Some individuals here think they're better than God. The pay is commission based and not many people make it right out of college.

Pros

Great co-workers: Kind people that are sincere and easy to talk to. They are more than happy to help if you need it. Nice office facility: It'll impress you when you walk in. 26th floor of AT&T Building in downtown Minneapolis.

Cons

Poor management: micro-manage, disrespectful, hostile working environment. Poor pay: commission only and you cover all of your overhead at the firm. The management literally has no skin in the game. I'm surprised they don't have more advisors on their staff. Unless you know someone personally that you can sell a big life insurance policy to right at the get-go, don't bother coming here. It takes a long time to make any money doing this line of work and they provide no help to new workers coming in. One value at this firm: money. Untrustworthy people at the top.
