Pros

The people are he best part about this place . Young, entrepreneur minded, and energetic. The building is a great facility in the heart of downtown.

Cons

Some individuals here think they're better than God. The pay is commission based and not many people make it right out of college.

Pros

Good mentor program with good training. Full responsibility for your practice, not just calling for a senior advisor. Awesome people at the office.

Cons

All-commission based compensation. You cannot have a life for a couple years, until you earn a decent amount of money. Need a large case early if you want to live on your own when starting out. Financing program is helpful, but dependent on sales. Very hard career to get the ball rolling, unless you are very gifted at selling.
