Children who struggle to read often struggle in other ways that we cannot support. The leadership and supervisor structure can be frustrating when there is a lack of clarity on who does what. If group work is difficult for you then this is not a good fit.

Experience will be dependent on your site and coaches. Connection with students makes this worthwhile.

Pay is terrible, expectation is high. You cannot live on this stipend. Lots of repetition of data input. Being watched and evaluated is ridiculous for the remuneration.
