Seeing students improve, building relationships, gaining insight into education.

Cons

Children who struggle to read often struggle in other ways that we cannot support. The leadership and supervisor structure can be frustrating when there is a lack of clarity on who does what. If group work is difficult for you then this is not a good fit.
