      - There are lots of friendly people - Nice office location

      Cons

      - Very low pay + no pay increases (even with inflation) - Extremely low bonus - You get overworked a lot - Management don't care about development

      Nice people, usually a good work-life balance, support from peers and direct managers

      Cons

      Low pay, layoffs, poor business-wide communication and organization. Since at least 2025, going through a period of high turnover, with upper management apathetic towards employee frustrations.
