      My Manager was great, but upper management would not allow him to manage his people.

      Cons

      Backstabbing and spying on fellow coworkers is encouraged by upper management. Threats of firing are common as owner is hot head. Favoritism is given to obsequious employees.

      Lots of support. Everyone was super friendly and the environment encouraged asking questions and improving yourself

      Cons

      The work load when starting seemed like a lot, but once you get more into the role you get more comfortable with the work.
