      Pros

      My Manager was great, but upper management would not allow him to manage his people.

      Cons

      Backstabbing and spying on fellow coworkers is encouraged by upper management. Threats of firing are common as owner is hot head. Favoritism is given to obsequious employees.

      Pros

      Some decent guys there. I like the actual work I do.

      Cons

      The raises come from someone who doesn't see you work. I've seen new guys come in making what took me years to get. Turnover is high. There are too many managers, and it feels like nobody is actually in control. It used to be a good place to work, and I've been here long enough to know it heading the wrong way.

      Philanthropic and community-minded. Nice work/life balance. Great teammates and middle management. Culture is and has improved.

      Cons

      Career development is non-existent. Little trust in the executive team. Nepotism.
