Absolutely amazing amazing experience working at Mirum this past summer with the Mirum's Market Access team. Everyone, from top to bottom, truly cared about you and always valued your inputs. Never once did I feel like an intern, and always as a dynamic part of the entire team. From first interaction, teams were super welcoming, got to spend time with VP of Market Access, who truly was one of a kind, smartest but also the kindest human I have ever met. It was scary thinking I won't fit in with so many smart people in the industry, but the culture at Mirum truly was welcoming, open, and collaborative. Pay was also amazing for an intern, and you get to be involved in so many diverse projects, learned from various teams and functions, and the growth was beyond what I have expected.
