      Toxic work culture is not fun - Seriously!

      Pros

      Ability to work virtually if you are not local to the SF bay area. Fully stocked break room and a nice gym in Foster City office. There are many employees that are very passionate and dedicated to the development of current products.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Obvious exclusion of team members in vital conversations. Zero communication between departments and no collaboration. Upper management seem very complacent and do not address issues Extremely high turnover of employees.

      Pros

      The people are nice, energetic, and eager to do good work any hour of the day. There is always something new happening that requires quickly going in a new direction, so you are never bored. There's always an unexpected surprise to tackle. It never ends. That is the truest statement about the company.

      Cons

      The turnover is astounding. The entire time I was there, the turnover was an ongoing (known), issue that was constantly being addressed ... without success. There are clear reasons for the turnover, but the culture is what the culture is at this point. If you are not happily willing to consistently work over 45+ hours a week, on the evenings, on weekends, constantly, you'll burn out and ... leave. And, that's what people do.

      Pros

      great benefits, competitive salary, support for flexible work schedules by management.

      Cons

      Sr. management makes snap decisions in reaction to data (or lack there of) without fully vetting with all affected stakeholders. Creates more chaos than necessary. Sr. management is also very much in the weeds with heavy micro management as a result. The company has two great products in development with a very bright future ahead but will be difficult getting there under the current practices.
