poor business structure, poor management , no communication, terrible pay, and no room to grow. Owners clearly are not experienced enough to run a business full of employees. With the amount of employees they did have which was 5 , they still couldn't manage to lead. They never take in any of the employees ideas or concerns and do whatever they want and when things dont work out according to their terrible ideas, they blame the employees ! They want to take full control of every employee which makes it more difficult for us to do our jobs. They have terrible company policies that makes it harder for the employees to finish their job and scams the customer! They never can keep their word which makes them totally unreliable and overworks their employees by doing various tasks that has nothing to do with their job description for minimum wage! they have a terrible manufacturing company that produces cheap quality clothing that they do not want to change. They throw fits if something does not go their way ! Totally immature and unprofessional They even messed up our tax forms! Im convinced these two business owners are scammers that only cares about scamming everyone including they're very own employees!
