Pros

Flexible hours, alone time while driving

Cons

Dispatch would call you over and over while you’re not yet on shift because they are desperate for a delivery. I understand the importance of delivering the medication, but most of us have second jobs and can’t reach to the phone. They didn’t have enough drivers so they would offer deliveries after your shift was over and would really stress the team out about no one being able to help. The boss would send messages at 12,1,2,3,4am upset that they had to do a delivery because no one responded and they would guilt us with what they had to give up to make the delivery. The miles on your car You have to work on I believe 1 holiday but if you’re late to request it you’re likely to be forced to work on a major holiday. You have to work even if it’s icy or snowy. So if your car can’t handle that or you can’t drive well on it, I would suggest not applying.
