Work Alone and Flexible Scheduling

Cons

Low Compensation, No Benefits (not even oil change discounts) , Expensive Commercial Insurance (If you want to be covered for a loss/accident or vehicle damage while on-the-job, you pay it all 100%) and no backup whatsoever from the company if you have any vehicular issue.

Pros

Glass is half full...Perfect opportunity for those who cannot obtain employment ANYwhere else.

Cons

Couriers consistently call in and creating strain on other drivers on other shifts. Deliveries take priority over life occurrences.

Pay for own car and gas, rate not high enough to cover expense. Now changed to Independant contractor.
