Things seemed to be getting better but NOPE - Designer Mission Pets Employee Review

- Employees are underpaid and overworked - Unbalanced teams - Managers are inexperienced - need training on how to actually deal with people - Too many emotions in the workplace - especially from upper management, this is supposed to be a business. - No life work balance - employees are expected to bend over backwards w/ no incentive. Unless your upper management - they get bonuses. -No room for growth, unless you work your fingers to the bone to earn a title you should already have or someone leaves - Location is TERRIBLE - have to dodge human waste regularly
