Everyone treats each other with respect, no politics. Good place to grow your network whilst improving your technical abilities. I worked with the team for about 18 months and I learnt a ton whilst also having the opportunity to tap on to the M+ network to grow my own.
Cons
Comes with the challenges that follow working in a consultancy role. Some days are harder than others and sometimes they are out of your control.
