Pros
Experienced Bosses, they have many years of working experience which allows them to navigate situations well. Alot of opportunities to learn from the senior management team Great Team, you will get to work with driven individuals who are interested in the work they are doing. Everyone treats each other with respect, no politics. Good place to grow your network whilst improving your technical abilities. I worked with the team for about 18 months and I learnt a ton whilst also having the opportunity to tap on to the M+ network to grow my own.
Cons
Comes with the challenges that follow working in a consultancy role. Some days are harder than others and sometimes they are out of your control. However if you want to learn and become a better Technical Consultant, then working here would give you the right balance of client engagement with a good team supporting you on both good and bad days.
