It's unfortunate and also surprising to hear this since our business is growing fast and offering new challenges and opportunities in every role.

Pros

Flexible, start-up environment. Great team members, working seamlessly together from two different countries, with very different cultures. Exciting Opportunities. and tremendous room for employee growth.

Cons

I have spent quite a bit of time trying to create cons and have come up short.

Pros

- Successful and growing. Unlike other start-ups I'm never worried about losing my job as long as I continue to provide value to the company. The founders have a strong and infectious vision for the company. - Everybody is really friendly and nice. - It's a clock-in-clock-out attitude. I don't feel like I have to be on-call at all times and I can work the hours I want (within reason). - They're extremely organized and work hard on efficiency. - If you're a go-getter who is young, flexible, and adapts well or if you like to put your head down and work really hard all day this is a great place for you. Resourcefulness is one of their core values and that's probably the most valuable skill you can have at this company in my opinion. That means getting to work alongside a bunch of other resourceful people which is great.

Cons

The company is growing too fast for its own good and as a result has a tendency to undervalue its culture/employees by accident. I don't think this is because the people in charge hate their employees or don't care it's just that their focus is so much on their vision for the company that they forget to live in the present and nurture a culture where everybody feels valued and fulfilled. That said- this is typical for a start up. I knew what I was getting into when I signed up and I'm a little shocked that there are people who expected something different.
