Some of my colleagues were very hard working and supportive despite the toxic work environment we were in.

Poor management that doesn't know what they're doing. Be prepared to take on multiple people's desks because the turn over rate is extremely high. Don't expect any support from the company. They place a lot of pressure on workers while treating them like disposable robots. It's impossible to move up at this workplace and no opportunities for growth. The pay is extremely low for the amount of work and the level of demand and expectations. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
