Pros
- Pretty much anyone below executive level are salt-of-the-earth, good people to work with. - Was able to move up during the years I worked there, received a raise
Cons
- Despite receiving a raise, was denied equipment I needed to do my job well. Had to improvise, productivity wasn't to my standard. - Most all of the upper management was terrible. Nice on the surface, but when it came down to it, they were pretty rotten, always seeking more acquisitions, more employee time, more employee commitment... demanding everything be given to the company with not so much given back. So much toxicity trickled down, and trust me—the average employee felt it. - Don't do well with listening to input... set in their ways, and slow to adapt. - The facility itself is a factory, so it can feel really grimy. Cleanliness was always a question.
