Pros
- There's been some turbulent times in the company's history, but it genuinely feels like leadership has learned from past mistakes, and have actively worked on improving (and some changes in leadership also helps).
- Incredible place to learn, you get a lot of responsibility and ownership if you're willing to take it.
- Very high pace, lots of changes, but the people are really really nice to each other.
- Career progression (as long as the company keeps growing).
- Work/life balance is on a good level (I have a family) despite being a start-up.
Cons
- It's a start-up – you just really need to make sure you understand what that means before joining (high pace, lots of changes all the time, high performance requirement). It's not a place for people who are looking for a cushy, comfortable role, but for people who actually wants to work hard and make a difference (& get recognized and compensated for it!).
- Compensation in the short term is not the best (but lots of upside if the company keeps growing).
