If you’re hourly, don’t work overtime. You won’t get paid. If you want work life balance, don’t look for it here. Major incidents every single day, on call personnel might as well just stay in the office. H1B visa abuse, flat out. UC Berkeley right down the street, but developer hires come from H1B visas.
