This is my personal experience i want to share and if you are getting hired for pune location then don't think about joining this company. They will not tell you that it is just a contract based position with Cybage Software Private Limited and won't give you any legal mention regarding it in offer letter. During the ongoing pandemic they have laid off many employees from pune location claiming that it was just a contract based position between Cybage Software and mobitv. But neither of the companies mentioned about this position before or after joining the company in offer/confirmation letter which is an illegal act. Both companies won't give you any answer when you ask about this matter and will simply ignore your concerns.

- Terrible work/life balance. Tons of calls with India and US so work never stops. Haven't landed a big customer yet to turn a profit. - Company has never shown a profit. Toxic micromanagement, intimidation, retaliation, and waste. - lack of leadership and focus - too much politics across different departments - wasting time and talent on side projects that don't matter - Management is all over the place, unrealistic goals, spends useless money on unimportant things, lack of career growth - compensation could be better - managers don't always communicate well with their employees - The product is always down which = unhappy customers all day, every day - Management seems to have no idea how to get us to profitability - Management plays favorites - If you're good at your job, there is no room for advancement unless you're part of their crowd - Management is inexperienced which results in inefficient and ineffective managing of departments and employees.
