Mobilize formed Artinsoft is a company with extensive experience and a leader in their field, with approximately 20 years in the market is a nice place to work and learn. Some of the nice things of the company are: +Really smart people to work with. +Top technologies and developing new ones. +location, really cool place in front of the Stadium. +Flex time. +Casual clothes.
Cons
However there are room for improvements and if you cannot handle that sort of thing can affect your mood. -No trainings. -No clear professional path. -Facilities are awful. -Sometimes you just feel like one of the bunch, doing repetitive tasks. -they are being left behind in compensations.
