Mobilize formed Artinsoft is a company with extensive experience and a leader in their field, with approximately 20 years in the market is a nice place to work and learn. Some of the nice things of the company are: +Really smart people to work with. +Top technologies and developing new ones. +location, really cool place in front of the Stadium. +Flex time. +Casual clothes.

Cons

However there are room for improvements and if you cannot handle that sort of thing can affect your mood. -No trainings. -No clear professional path. -Facilities are awful. -Sometimes you just feel like one of the bunch, doing repetitive tasks. -they are being left behind in compensations.

Very flexible work time Very smart co workers Challenging projects

Cons

Sometimes impossible schedules for imposible to accomplish projects. You can stay several years in the same position and giving everything of yourself is not enough to get promoted. It's hard to be recognized as better than the rest.

You will be surrounded by a lot of really smart people. Very challenging and interesting projects. Everyone is friendly making a nice work environment.

Cons

Sometimes project delivery dates can be too optimistic and will require huge efforts to achieve.
