They provide such an amazing opportunity for interns! Personally, my internship with them was my very first professional work experience and I enjoyed it so much (I'm a teenager). As someone interested in pursuing a career in the green sector, they helped network us with like-minded individuals. They had a variety of speakers talk about their particular jobs in the green field. They also gave us such generous project opportunities (like working with the USFS for our group project & researching a local environmental issue for our individual project).

There honestly is not much that I can think of to critique! Maybe better communication/explanation when it comes to the pay date? But even then, everyone was so helpful.

Traveling, collaborative workforce, monthly meetings, training opportunities

Hardly any time off, turn against you once your leaving, low pay, most jobs in remote areas, poor living conditions, the job becomes your whole life, they cancel your outside training once you leave. Also being blackmailed for my last check.
