Listens to staff concerns, growing organization and great mission, listens on what you'd want to do in your role/passionate about
Cons
No communication within staff, very small organization where open communication should be better set. One staff per department/program, was very stressful at program heightened times. High turn overrate within the last 5 years, if you are a self-starter and can think bigger picture, this org is a great fit, not for those who need constant guidance/monitoring
