Pros
I joined Mobimeo a couple of months ago, and I must say that I didn't know much about this industry. And, I have learnt quite a bit about it over the last months. I see Mobimeo as operating at the heart of this industry, defining standards and new products. Its vision and its product are quite relevant to every one of us. This venture will eventually be successful because of the autonomy it enjoys from Deutsche Bahn. It has the backing of one of the largest transport companies, and at the same time the freedom to make its own decisions, eventually trust its people. Overall a good of amount of great people that are burning to improve mobility.
Cons
We truly need to balance ambition and focus much more. We also need to work more on processes and roles. I think that is quite normal for such a young company that has to prove itself. But, that is something that has greatly improved since I joined.
