Pros

Industry leading projects, possibility of trying new things in your job and tools that help you understand ci development.

Cons

Low Salary, management team, especially development managers are headless chickens whom have no idea of managing. Endless work hours, any of the managers can call you in sunday to solve a problem. Project management is a joke, given deadlines to projects are impossible. Turnover rate or company is unbelievable, you can see someone start on Monday and quits on next Monday.

Pros

I joined Mobven through the Young Talent internship program and had a really supportive onboarding experience. Mentors were helpful and patient while I was learning the job. Managers generally encourage taking responsibility and are open to helping you improve yourself. The company also supports personal development with an education budget, which is something I personally benefited from. The team culture is friendly and people are usually approachable when you need help or want to ask questions. Overall it’s a good environment especially if you are early in your career and want to gain real project experience.

Cons

Like many growing companies, some processes and documentation could be more structured. Workload can get busy depending on project timelines and delivery pressure. Communication between teams could sometimes be clearer to avoid confusion. Also, as the company grows, having more standardized workflows would make things easier for everyone.
