      Pros

      Industry leading projects, possibility of trying new things in your job and tools that help you understand ci development.

      Cons

      Low Salary, management team, especially development managers are headless chickens whom have no idea of managing. Endless work hours, any of the managers can call you in sunday to solve a problem. Project management is a joke, given deadlines to projects are impossible. Turnover rate or company is unbelievable, you can see someone start on Monday and quits on next Monday.

      New opportunities for good working talents, best office environment I have ever been. Unlimited Education platforms. Social activities perfect. The best one is, you are the leader of your own job.
