Pros

Career opportunities: maybe there will be when it goes bankruptcy and get bought by some real group, and run by serious C executives Compensations and benefits: it's by-weekly paycheque after all Culture and values: if you like toxicity and politics, this is the right place Diversity and inclusion: there is no such thing in this company Senior management: mid-managements are good people. Work / life balance: no such thing

Cons

Career opportunities: no clear path. CEO and COO rather fire you, then hire a new one from outside with higher salary, than giving you a promotion from internal candidate Compensations and benefits: no vision, no rrsp, benefits are restricted, and with very low balance. my dentist even told me once, this was the first time i saw such a low dental benefit Culture and values: one word-Toxic. CEO and COO have no respect for the staffs at all, especially staffs in the field that really contribute to the growth and health for the company. They love butt kissers. They pretend to be advice-takers, but they will remember whoever raised real constructive suggestions, and grab an excuse and fire them. Diversity and inclusion: no, similar above. Senior management: CEO and COO? they are burning the company to ground. claiming to protect the company, they are setting the product price 5 times the market average price, while the service is abysmal. and they blame sales team for not getting clients sign up for the service. Work / life balance: the CEO and COO expects you work even when you are on vacation.

Pros

autonomy, great coworkers, hybrid, free swag, time off

Cons

Terrible leadership. CEO Boaz Shilmover is more focused on listening to himself talk then to his staff. COO is clueless when it comes to technology. Overall, a sweatshop with little reward, huge turn over in staff. Disgusting working conditions, cluttered space, dirty kitchen, no career path.

Pros

Leaving was the biggest pro

Cons

Expected to make cold calls all day with no warm leads or any training. The managers are all great sales people, but terrible leaders and managers. You will always feel pressured from the higher ups without any guidance other than “make more calls”. Commission structure is a joke. Extremely high turnover rate, managers last but employees only stay a couple months. The sales reps that do stay, lie to customers and are toxic to work with. Stay far away.
