Career opportunities: no clear path. CEO and COO rather fire you, then hire a new one from outside with higher salary, than giving you a promotion from internal candidate
Compensations and benefits: no vision, no rrsp, benefits are restricted, and with very low balance. my dentist even told me once, this was the first time i saw such a low dental benefit
Culture and values: one word-Toxic. CEO and COO have no respect for the staffs at all, especially staffs in the field that really contribute to the growth and health for the company. They love butt kissers. They pretend to be advice-takers, but they will remember whoever raised real constructive suggestions, and grab an excuse and fire them.
Diversity and inclusion: no, similar above.
Senior management: CEO and COO? they are burning the company to ground. claiming to protect the company, they are setting the product price 5 times the market average price, while the service is abysmal. and they blame sales team for not getting clients sign up for the service.
Work / life balance: the CEO and COO expects you work even when you are on vacation.
